Crypto Exchange HitBTC Hits Back on John McAfee Criticism
In a new series of Tweets from John McAfee’s Twitter account, he has called for an outright boycott of Hitbtc and he urges his social media followers to take a hard look at crypto exchanges, especially Hitbtc.
This time Hitbtc, the Hong Kong-based exchange, has responded to John McAfee’s accusations on Twitter. The exchange mockingly thanked him for raising the problem and being the voice of the community.

The exchange wars, according to McAfee, are only just beginning. Until widespread cryptocurrency adoption occurs and it’s possible to pay for goods and services directly with cryptocurrencies.
McAfee has since clarified on his own feed that he’s an investor in healthcare project Docademic, a cryptocurrency whose aim is free basic health provision around the world.
I have sent eleven empassioned letters to .@hitbtc and recieved only one response. Is it our fault? CEO of Docademic, Mr. Charles Nader warned the CEO of Hitbtc three months prior to these unecessary deaths. You tell me sir, who is responsible?
